Annual Conferences

Together with one of its member organisations, EUROCLIO annually organises a Professional International Development course. Representatives of the EUROCLIO member organisations exchange good practise in active workshops. Key lectures are given by highly qualified lectures. Study visits and school visits form an integral part of the program.

The general assembly, were EUROCLIO members discuss their common policy and elect Board Members, are also held during the annual meetings. Normally about 130 history teachers, teacher trainers, textbook authors, curricula developers and other professionals related to history education representing more that 30 different countries attend these meetings.

The annual conferences are part of the Comenius/Grundvig catalogue, so teachers can apply for grants to attend the meetings.
