The 17th International Conference on Technology Supported Learning and Training ‘Online Educa’ took place in Berlin from 30 November to 2 December. The conference was officially opened by European Commissioner for the Digital Agenda ms. Neelie Kroes who stressed that education and training is an important part of the her aim to get every European digital (click here for the full speech).
