80 representatives from civil society and the European Commission gathered in Brussels from 26 to 27 September during the Fourth Stakeholders Meeting on EU Cooperation in Education and Training organized by EUCIS-LLL to discuss the priority areas of the 2012-2014 work cycle of the Strategic Framework Education and Training 2020.
Key messages from the civil society were an emphasis on learner-centred approaches, more recognition of different ways of education (including non-formal and informal) and greater transparency and dialogue with all stakeholders. A full report will be published soon by EUCIS-LLL.
